About your presenter
Mark is a partner at Five Peaks Capital Management, a PE firm focused on investments in tech-enabled services companies. He has over sixteen years of experience in private equity, with senior roles at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (~$10B of capital under management) and JLL Partners (~$4B of capital under management). He has led PE and distressed debt investments across a range of sectors. Prior to that, Mark was an investment banker for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities, executing debt and equity financing and M&A advisory transactions. Mark holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Tuck at Dartmouth.
